Skills Assessments, is crucial to verifying skill set and sending our clients the correct match. We also spend time with each candidate reviewing basic professional ethics and courtesies, as well as the importance of a great attitude in the workplace. We ask ourselves, "Can the candidate do the following?"
Identify issues, think them through, and problem solve?

Maintain a good and professional attitude?
Staff Quest also provides an assignment profile for each employee. We take the time to review the assignment profile with each individual to reduce the chance of surprises or issues. This profile includes a detailed description of the assignment's responsibilities and requirements, that are pertinent to your company.
Our Workforce Tracking Software allows us to monitor candidates, employees and any billing issues that may arise. Staff Quest Workforce Tracking also gives us sound, critical feedback on employee's performance, skills attendance and relationships with supervisors and peers. We document each conversation we have with applicants and clients.
