- Administrative Specialists needed for Baltimore and surrounding areas - Must have 1 - 2 years experience, 40 wpm, Microsoft Suites, great customer service skills.
- Call Center Representatives - Must have 2 years experience, Data Entry/10 Key skills, Great customer services skills, Microsoft Suites, Type 45 wpm. Inbound/Outbound experience - Spanish speaking a plus
- Data Migration Specialist - Must have 1 - 2 years experience, ability to type 45 wpm with accuracy and minimal errors. Attention to detail is a requirement.
- Care Coordinators - Must have at least 3 yrs experience and/or degree in related field or clinical practices. Customer Service Oriented. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Medicaid Coordinators/Case Managers - Must have a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or human services or at least 2 years experience. Strong organizational skills, experience in Medicaid billing and collections. Computer literate with state Medicaid software.
- Help Desk Analyst - Must have 2 years experience or degree in the IT sector. Excellent Customer Service. Ability to troubleshoot and offer viable solutions to various hardware and software problems. Analytical problem-solver.
